Shipping & Return Policy

On-hand items purchased from Monday to Thursday are shipped the following weekend, unless restrictions apply. Items purchased from Friday to Sunday will be included in the succeeding week's shipment, unless further restrictions apply. 

Pre-order items will be shipped depending on the production schedule, usually around two months after pre-order period — please check the individual listing/s for more details.

By default, all shipments are fulfilled using registered air mail via Thailand Post, which includes tracking. Every order is packed with utmost care to ensure protection during travel. 

All purchases made on this shop are considered final, and may not be returned except in the case of damage incurred during shipment due to poor packaging or handling. Should the damage be due to poor packaging, this shop shall replace the product and cover shipping costs; in case of damage due to poor handling by the post office or courier, this shop shall replace the product and shipment shall be made at the customer's cost.   

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID-19

Currently, shipping services to several countries are restricted to surface post, air parcel post, EMS, and/or courier post. You can check the status of each destination country here or on the Thailand Post website (select Calculate Fee). 

This means shipping to these countries via this shop's default option may take a while to be fulfilled. Should you wish to avail of any other shipping option, you may contact me via email to arrange it. Please note that the cost for these services are significantly higher than the regular shipping option this shop provides.
